Fair Winds Farm, is a beautiful Horse Farm situated just barely into North Carolina. The venue, is truly spectacular and features a beautiful working Horse Barn, that they clear out for the reception space.
Hannah Hildebrandt, of Hannah Hildebrandt Events, coordinated a stunning table-scape that cascaded down the middle of the barn and each stable was designated for different aspects of the party, the bar, the food, and a stable all for Sweet Emma Lou!
Now I can honestly say that setting up in a horse stable was a Sweet Emma Lou First! It posed it’s own set of challenges, some I couldn’t even prepare for! But nonetheless, Sara and I put together an awesome dessert table that reflected their personalities for their big day!
Sara and Jason’s table included a small 6 inch Cake, and they made their table unique with PIES! We featured pies, individual mini pies, and pie pops (aka pies on a stick)! The table theme was gold and pink and was highlighted by vintage items and a hanging chandelier over the table!
No Sweet Emma Lou Dessert Table is complete, without macaroons, and cupcakes! Don’t you just love the awesome flag descriptors made by Amanada of Fine Pint Calligraphy?! They turned out exactly how I had envisioned for this Horse Farm Wedding.
I love stacking the Cake Plates to give it a that 3 tier Cake look for Cupcakes or other small desserts!
What would you include on your Dessert Table from Sweet Emma Lou? I personally loved the Pie Pops, they were so cute and unique!
Sara & Jason, THANK YOU for letting me be a part of your big day! I enjoyed the opportunity to make your PIE dreams a reality!
